Boy Scouts - Parkman Troop #4076

Winter 2020 Review

This year we celebrated 57 years as an active scout troop, a rare accomplishment only seen on larger troops.

In April and May we went on a fishing trip and visited Warther's Wood Carving Museum in Dover Ohio.

In June we attended summer camp were the scouts earned many new merit badges.

As part of our community service we built an outdoor fire pit for Parkman Congregational Church.

Last but not least we had our annual Thanksgiving dinner in the woods.

We have a new Scout Master, Mark Pegritz.
Mark has earned his Wood Badge, and brings 20 years of scouting experience to the troop.
He is planning many fun events for 2020.

While our Troop is from Parkman, we meet at the Middlefield Scout Lodge
as we have scouts from Parkman, Middlefield, Huntsburg and Southington.
Our meetings are on Monday evenings from 7pm - 8:30pm.
All boys from 11 to 18 years old are welcome.
