PARKMAN OVERLOOK PARK PAVILION

Reservations for pavilion use by Parkman Residents are FREE OF CHARGE but must be scheduled with our Community House and Park Coordinator.

The _________________________________________ group is responsible for the arrangement of tables and lighting for each event held.  Your compliance is needed to help us maintain and preserve this facility. Please respect the work that is performed to make this available to you and your group.

NO TAPING OR PINNING OF SIGNS OR DECORATIONS TO WALLS, DOORS OR TABLES: THIS CAUSES DAMAGE TO OUR HISTORICAL FACILITY AND REQUIRES EXTRA MAINTENANCE AND COSTS.

Please complete the following instructions before you leave for the day at each event.

1.    Place all garbage in containers provided.

2.    Check area for personal items, if someone made a mess clean it up.

3.    If you spill something on tables clean it off.

4.    If you use fire place insure fire is out prior to leaving.

5.    If anything spilled on the floor mop it up, this helps reduce critters.

6.    Make sure refrigerator is empty and clean.

7.    Shut and lock all windows and doors.

8.    Turn off all lights.

9.    Check all bathrooms, if someone made a mess clean it up.
